Special Order and Pre-Order Items: FINAL. No Refunds, No Exchanges, and No Online Store Credit.
Other Apparel*: No Exchanges. Refunds are only issued in the form of an online store credit. We DO NOT issue cash or credit card refunds. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning. Packages must be accompanied by a Nadia Rima issued RA number or will not be subject for refund.
- Complete the Return Form (enclosed in your original shipment) and include it in the box of the item(s) that you are returning.
- Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please make note of your tracking number. You are responsible for the shipping & handling of the returned item(s). Original & return shipping fees are NON-refundable.
- Returns must be received by Nadia Rima within 10 days of receiving your RA number. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of when we receive your return package. Once the item has been processed, you will receive an email with your Online Store Credit.

Damaged Items: Damages must be reported at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving merchandise.
